Service Description

Join our Group Strength Training Class at JMZ Wellness for a full-body workout that’s designed to help you lose weight, increase your mental health, build strength, and improve your mobility. Our class begins with a 15-minute mobility warmup to prepare your body for the workout. You’ll then move on to a 30-minute circuit that targets all major muscle groups. We’ll finish off with 10 minutes of cool down yoga poses to help you stretch and relax after your workout. Don’t miss out on this fun and challenging workout experience. Cancellation Policy

Please try not to be late to your scheduled session. You are permitted a 10 minute grace period from scheduled time to arrive. After 10 mins, it will be considered a no-show and that session is forfeited. Cancellations need to be made at least 12-24 hours in advance of the scheduled training session. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, the session is forfeited, unless it is an emergency. Failure to show up to your scheduled session will also count as a no-show and session will be forfeited.
